Forum Update Number 20
Dear Resident / Residents' Group
First, we would like to thank the 30-odd individuals (plus all three of our local councillors) who attended our last Westbury Community Forum on 8 January, at Coombe Dingle Sports Complex, and for contributing to the discussions on matters of local interest.

Urgent Help Needed to Facilitate Future Forums
At the last Forum, Alan and David announced that they were standing down as Chairmen/Facilitators. They had both originally taken on the role for a year, back in May 2017, in order to ensure a smooth transition from the previous Westbury Open Forum - supported/funded by BCC as part of the local Neighbourhood Partnership initiative.
Malcolm has indicated that, in the short term, he is prepared to continue as a Facilitator for the next two Meetings.
Therefore, any residents wishing to help with running the Forum should contact any of the councillors (details below) or Malcolm at wotforum@hotmail.com
